All goods sold through our website are carefully inspected before being transported.

In the event that you are unsatisfied with the equipment or have accidentally ordered the wrong machine you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will endeavor to supply you with a suitable repalcement machine if required and available (an additional delivery charge may be applicable in this case). Alternatively we will refund the cost of purchase, less delivery costs if the item is returned within 7 days  in its original condition. A refund will be paid to your credit card, by BACS or by cheque, depending on the method used to make the purchase less a 15% re-stocking fee. Please remember that return costs for delivery and insurance must be borne by the purchaser.

In the event that you change your mind before the item is dispatched your card will be refunded in full less a 10% admin and finance cost, minimum £5.00. If the item has been dispatched then the Refund Process will be followed

This Guarantee does not affect your legal rights
Steam Clean Systems machines are guaranteed against de-fects in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of dispatch.
Accordingly Steam Clean Systems undertake that any part found to be defec-tive in this way will be replaced without charge of parts or labour.
The guarantee does not cover fair wear and tear, accident, misuse, neglect or any machine which has had the serial number altered, defaced or re-moved.
The guarantee does not cover the replacement of perishable or consumable items such as tools, brushes, mains cables, or external hoses.
The guarantee does not cover normal maintenance servicing and we recom-mend that regular maintenance is carried out by our trained staff.
The use of non Steam Clean Systems parts, including all accessories can be harmful to the machine and will invalidate the guarantee.
Steam Clean Systems will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage whatsoever from or in connection with our machines.
